Crystaderm is a strong antibacterial cream available without prescription and is an essential item for your family’s first aid kit. Crystaderm treats and prevents minor infections in cuts, scratches and grazes, school sores (Impetigo), infected body piercings, insect bites, minor burns which have become infected. Crystaderm also kills acne-causing bacteria. It contains lipid stabilised hydrogen peroxide which significantly reduces redness as compared to benzoyl peroxide.

 

 

After cleansing the wound, apply sparingly to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily for a maximum of 21 days. 

 

 

Crystaderm cream is generally well tolerated and is not associated with any serious side effects. However, a mild sensation of burning may be experienced for a short time after application.
