All payments are processed securely via eWAY or other approved payment gateways used on our Site.

eWAY accepts major credit and debit cards and processes payments through secure encryption protocols.

We do not store full credit card details on our systems.

  • Prescription medicines once they have been dispensed
  • Medicines supplied in accordance with a valid prescription
  • Items that are required to be stored or handled under strict pharmaceutical conditions

2.2 Non-Prescription Products

For non-prescription items (including over-the-counter medicines and retail products), refunds or replacements may be offered where:

  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival
  • The wrong item was supplied by us
  • The item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition (where applicable)

Any return requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
