Shipping and Handling

All international orders are dispatched using DHL Express.   

 

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Orders below $50 incur a $5 shipping charge. Orders over $50 are shipped for free. 

Orders will be processed within the working day. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 days from dispatch.

Customers will be notified as soon as the items are dispatched.  

 

AUSTRALIA 

Orders to Australia have a flat rate of $25.  Orders above $300 ship for free. 

Orders will be processed within one working day.  Orders typically arrive within 1-2 days from dispatch. Orders to Sydney typically arrive overnight. 

Customers will be notified as soon as the items are dispatched.  

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

 All international orders above $500 ship for free. International orders are calculated depending on your shipping zone at checkout. Orders can be expected within 1-5 working days, depending on the region.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT

International orders may be subject to import tax and custom duties.  

We recommend customers investigate their own country import duties prior to ordering.  

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds can only be made using the same payment method used when ordering.

If you have paid with non-cash payment options (Reward Points, Gift voucher or Store Credit) for your products, the component of these non-cash payments from the products’ balance will be refunded to your Store Credit with us. This credit will be available for you at the check-out on your next order

Refund to credit card: When payment was made with same credit card and card hasn’t expired yet.

Refund to PayPal: When payment was made less than 60 days prior to refund. If more time has elapsed since, please provide us with your PayPal address.

In all other instances – Please enclose your banking details for credit to be directed to your bank account.

 

RETURNS POLICY 

We understand that health and beauty products are a considered purchase.  

A refund will be issued providing there is no damage.  The customer will be reimbursed the cost of the order less any shipping costs incurred.
