Active Ingredients

Aciclovir 5% w/w in a cream base.

Directions for Use

1. Start treatment at the very first sign of a cold sore — the tingling, itching, or burning stage.
2. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before applying.
3. Apply a small amount directly onto the cold sore and rub in gently until the cream disappears.
4. Do not apply inside the mouth.
5. Wash hands again after application.
6. Apply 5 times daily for 5 days, even if the cold sore begins to heal.
7. If the cold sore has not healed after 5 days, continue treatment for a further 5 days.
8. Contact your doctor if the cold sore has not healed within 10 days.
9. Store in a cool, dry place. Replace cap firmly after use.
