Description
Gaviscon Peppermint Flavour Tablets are fast acting, soothing and last up to 4 hours. Suitable for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding, if necessary, to relieve your heartburn symptoms. Effective at treating symptoms associated with more severe and frequent heartburn i.e., a burning pain in the chest and mild acid regurgitation. Contains naturally derived sodium alginate which forms a protective layer over the stomach contents to help prevent acid coming back up into the oesophagus (food pipe).
Active Ingredient:
Sodium Alginate 500mg, Calcium Carbonate 160mg and Sodium Bicarbonate 267mg
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1-2 tablets as required after meals and before going to bed, up to four times daily or as directed.
