Directions for Use

1. For respiratory support: add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water, or add to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam.
2. For body application: dilute in a carrier oil at 2–3% and massage onto chest or back.
3. For home cleaning: add a few drops to cleaning solutions or a spray bottle with water.
4. For blending: combines well with Peppermint, Lavender Spike, and Thyme Thymol.
5. Do not apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.
