Directions for Use

1. For aromatherapy: add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water to promote calm and uplift the spirit.
2. For skin care: dilute in a carrier oil (e.g. jojoba or rosehip) at 2–3% and apply to face or body.
3. For meditation or ritual: diffuse or apply diluted to pulse points to support a grounded, centred state.
4. For blending: combines beautifully with all Citrus oils, Myrrh, Sandalwood, and Geranium.
5. Do not apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.
