Directions for Use

1. For muscle relief: dilute in a carrier oil (e.g. coconut or jojoba) at 2–3% and massage into affected areas.
2. For aromatherapy: add 3–5 drops to a diffuser with water.
3. For respiratory blends: combine with Peppermint, Eucalyptus Australiana, Basil, or Cedarwood Atlas.
4. Do not apply undiluted essential oil directly to skin.
