Directions for Use

1. Squeeze the bulb end of the Aveo TSD device firmly.
2. Place the tip of your tongue into the opening of the device.
3. Release the bulb to create a gentle suction that holds the tongue forward.
4. Wear the device during sleep – the tongue is held in position, keeping the airway open.
5. To remove, squeeze the bulb again to release the suction and withdraw your tongue.
6. Clean the device with warm water and mild soap after each use. Allow to air dry.
