Directions for Use

1. Wash the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat dry before application.
2. Apply a thin layer of Benzac AC 5% Gel to the affected area once daily initially.
3. If well tolerated, frequency may be increased to twice daily.
4. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, lips and nostrils.
5. Use consistently for best results – improvement is typically seen after 4–8 weeks of regular use.

Important Safety Information

• Bleaching effect: Benzoyl Peroxide may bleach hair, clothing and bedding. Allow to dry fully before contact with fabrics.
• Sun sensitivity: Benzoyl Peroxide may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Apply sunscreen to treated areas during the day.
• Skin irritation: Dryness, peeling, redness and stinging may occur, especially when starting treatment. Reduce frequency of use if irritation is severe.
• Eyes & mucous membranes: Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and nostrils. If contact occurs, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water.
