Directions for Use

1. Wash hands and the fingertip sample site with soap and warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Unscrew and remove the lancing device tip.
3. Firmly insert a new lancet into the lancet holder. Gently twist to remove the protective disk — save the disk to recap the lancet after use. Replace the lancing device tip.
4. Turn the adjustable tip until it aligns with the load confirmation window and release button.
5. Select the desired depth (1–7) by rotating the top portion of the adjustable tip until the setting number matches the arrow.
6. To cock the device, hold the body in one hand and pull the sliding barrel with the other until you feel a click and the load confirmation window turns red.
7. Place the device firmly against the pad of the finger and press the release button. Wait a few seconds for a blood drop to form.
8. After use, recap the lancet with the protective disk and dispose of it safely in a sharps container.

Important Safety Information

Do not share lancets with other people — sharing lancets can transfer bacteria and viruses and cause serious infection.

Lancets are sterile at first use only — use a new, sterile lancet each time you test.

Dispose of used lancets in an approved sharps container — do not dispose of in general household waste.
