Directions for Use

1. Wash hands and the fingertip sample site with soap and warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Insert a new lancet into your lancing device as per the device instructions.
3. Remove the protective cap from the lancet before use.
4. Set the desired depth on your lancing device and perform the fingertip prick.
5. After use, recap the lancet with the protective cap and dispose of it safely in an approved sharps container.
6. Use a new, sterile lancet for each test.

Important Safety Information

For single use only — do not reuse lancets as they become blunt and non-sterile after first use.

Do not share lancets with other people — sharing can transfer bacteria and viruses and cause serious infection.

Dispose of used lancets in an approved sharps container — do not dispose of in general household waste.

Keep out of reach of children.
