Directions for Use

1. Insert a test strip into the meter.
2. Use the lancing device to obtain a small blood sample from your fingertip.
3. Apply the blood sample to the test strip and wait 5 seconds for your result.
4. Refer to the Owner’s Booklet for full instructions on setup, alarms and data download.
