Active Ingredients
Aspirin 100mg with enteric coating — a low-dose antiplatelet agent that reduces the ability of platelets to clump together and form clots, helping to prevent cardiovascular events such as heart attacks and strokes.
Directions for Use
- Take one tablet daily, or as directed by your doctor.
- Take with food to further reduce the risk of stomach irritation.
- Swallow whole with a full glass of water — do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

Important Safety Information
Do not use Cartia during pregnancy unless advised by your doctor — aspirin may harm the unborn baby, particularly in the third trimester.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age except on a doctor’s advice.
Do not use for more than a few days at a time for pain relief except on a doctor’s advice.
Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs, or if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding disorders.
Aspirin can interact with blood thinners (e.g. warfarin), other NSAIDs, and certain diabetes and blood pressure medications — consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking other medicines.
Do not drink alcohol while taking aspirin — this increases the risk of stomach bleeding.
