Directions for Use

1. Take one tablet daily at the same time each day, without a break between packs.
2. Swallow whole with water.
3. Follow the instructions provided by your prescribing doctor or midwife.
4. Refer to the Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) leaflet included in the pack for full dosage and missed dose instructions.

Important Safety Information

• Prescription required: This medicine is only available with a valid prescription from a New Zealand-registered doctor or midwife. You will be required to provide your prescription before this item is dispensed.
• NZ only: This item will not be shipped outside of New Zealand.
• Drug interactions: Desogestrel may interact with certain medications including some anticonvulsants, antibiotics and herbal medicines (e.g. St John’s Wort). Inform your doctor of all medicines you are taking.
• Blood clots: Progestogen-only pills carry a lower risk of blood clots than combined pills, but discuss your personal risk factors with your doctor.
