• Zinc citrate dihydrate – 12.4 mg (equiv. Zinc 4 mg)

• Selenomethionine 0.5% – 6 mg (equiv. Selenium 30 mcg)

Directions for Use

1. Ages 9–14 years: take 1 capsule daily.
2. Ages 15 years and over: take 2 capsules daily.
