Active Ingredients (per capsule)

• Paracetamol 500mg — Relieves headache, body aches, pain, and fever
• Guaiphenesin 100mg — Thins and loosens mucus to relieve chesty cough and chest congestion
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 6.1mg — Relieves blocked and runny nose

Directions for Use

1. For adults and children 12 years and over only
2. Take 2 capsules every 4–6 hours as necessary
3. Maximum 8 capsules in any 24-hour period
4. Adults: do not take for longer than a few days unless on medical advice
5. Children 12–17 years: do not take for longer than 48 hours unless on medical advice
