Directions for Use

1. Clean and dry the skin thoroughly before application.
2. Cut the tape to the required length, rounding the corners to prevent peeling.
3. Apply with the appropriate tension for the intended purpose (refer to application guides for specific muscle groups).
4. Rub the tape firmly after application to activate the heat-sensitive adhesive.
5. Leave in place for up to 3–5 days; the tape is water-resistant and can be worn during exercise and showering.
6. To remove, peel back slowly in the direction of hair growth while supporting the skin.
