Directions for Use

1. Swallow capsules whole with water if desired.
2. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1–2 capsules as needed after meals or at bedtime.
3. Do not exceed 5 capsules in 24 hours.
4. Store below 25°C in a dry place.
