Active Ingredients
Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.5mg/mL (0.05%) — a topical nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and relieve congestion.
Also contains: Sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, sorbitol solution.
Directions for Use
- Prime the metered pump by spraying several times before first use.
- Keep head upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
- Depress the pump 1–3 times firmly and evenly while sniffing deeply.
- Repeat into the other nostril.
- Adults and children over 6 years: use 1–3 sprays into each nostril up to twice daily (every 10–12 hours).

Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days — prolonged use may cause rebound congestion.
Important Safety Information
Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Do not use if you are allergic to oxymetazoline or any other ingredients in this product.
Do not use if you have narrow-angle glaucoma or have recently undergone trans-nasal surgery.
Do not use for more than 3 days — prolonged or excessive use may cause nasal congestion to return or worsen (rebound congestion).
Do not share this nasal spray with other people — sharing may spread infection.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, overactive thyroid, or diabetes.
Do not use if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or tricyclic antidepressants without first consulting your doctor.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Common side effects: dryness or irritation of the nasal mucosa, nausea, headache, local burning sensation.
Rare side effects: allergic reactions (skin rash, itching), blurred vision, irregular or fast heartbeat — if these occur, discontinue use and seek medical attention.
Keep out of reach of children.
