Active Ingredients

Hydrocortisone 0.5% w/w

Also contains moisturising excipients. Free from lanolin, paraben, and chlorocresol.

Directions for Use

1. Apply a small amount to the affected skin 2–4 times daily.
2. Gently massage in until absorbed.
3. Cleanse the skin with a soap alternative such as Pinetarsol — soap may further irritate the skin.
4. Do not use for more than 7 days unless recommended by a doctor.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use in or around the eyes.
• Children under 2 years: Do not use unless recommended by a doctor.
• Do not use for acne — corticosteroids can worsen acne.
• Do not use under waterproof bandages or occlusive dressings unless directed by a doctor, as this may increase absorption.
• Do not use for more than 7 days without medical advice. Prolonged use of topical corticosteroids may cause skin thinning.
• Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• If irritation worsens or infection develops, discontinue use and consult your pharmacist or doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children.
