Active Ingredients

Nodia Tablets: Loperamide Hydrochloride USP 2mg per tablet.

Enerlyte Sachets: Sodium Chloride BP 0.47g, Potassium Chloride BP 0.30g, Sodium Acid Citrate BP 0.53g, Glucose BP 3.56g per sachet.

Directions for Use

Nodia Tablets (Anti-Diarrhoea):

  1. Adults: Take 2 tablets initially, then 1 tablet after each soft stool.
  2. Do not take more than 8 tablets per day.
  3. If diarrhoea persists after 48 hours, consult your doctor.

Enerlyte Sachets (Rehydration):

  1. Fill the enclosed plastic measure to the 200ml line with fresh, cold drinking water. For infants, use freshly boiled and cooled water.
  2. Empty the contents of one Enerlyte sachet into the water and stir well before drinking.
  3. Under 5 years: Refer to the box for weight-based dosages.
  4. Children 5–10 years: 1 sachet after each loose bowel motion, or 6–12 sachets per 24 hours.
  5. Adults and children over 10 years: 1–2 sachets after each loose bowel motion, or 8–16 sachets per 24 hours.

Important Safety Information

  • Nodia Tablets β€” Do not use if: you have bloody diarrhoea, a high fever, or if diarrhoea is caused by antibiotics. Consult your doctor first.
  • Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Drug Interactions: Loperamide may interact with certain medications. Consult your pharmacist or doctor if you are taking other medicines.
  • Overdose: Do not exceed 8 Nodia tablets in 24 hours. If more than the recommended dose is taken, contact the National Poisons Centre (0800 POISON / 0800 764 766) or seek medical attention immediately.
  • If diarrhoea persists beyond 48 hours, or if symptoms worsen, seek medical advice.
  • Ensure adequate fluid intake to prevent dehydration, especially in young children and the elderly.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
