Active Ingredients

Isotonic saline solution (sodium chloride 0.9%). Preservative free and additive free.

Directions for Use

1. Gently clean around the nostrils before use.
2. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle gently into one nostril.
3. Spray once or twice into each nostril as needed.
4. If using with a nasal aspirator: apply the spray first to loosen mucus, then use the aspirator to gently suction excess mucus from the nostril.
5. Use as often as needed throughout the day.
