Active Ingredients

Isotonic saline solution (sodium chloride 0.9%). Non-medicated, preservative free.

Directions for Use

1. Blow your nose gently before use.
2. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
3. Press the pump once or twice while breathing in gently through the nose.
4. Repeat for the other nostril.
5. Use as often as needed throughout the day to maintain nasal health.
