When to use FLO Baby Saline Drops

A baby’s nasal passages are narrow and easily blocked when excess mucus is produced due to colds, viral infections, allergies or hay fever. As a result, they may have difficulty feeding and sleeping. FLO Baby Saline Drops can help relieve your baby’s nasal congestion due to a cold, flu, allergies or hay fever.

Dosage:

• Newborn to 1 year: 1-2 drops per nostril.
• Over 12 months: 2-4 drops per nostril.

Instructions:

Read FLO enclosed leaflet in the package carefully before use. Use twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

FLO Baby Saline is presented in an advanced multi-dose dropper pack that delivers a metered amount of solution for your convenience and peace of mind.

1. Before using this product, remove the protective cap, turn the bottle upside down and prime the pump by depressing your thumb several times until the first drop is seen. WARNING: Keep this product out of the reach of children. The protective cap can become a choking hazard if children are able to play with it.
2. (a) Support baby comfortably in your arms so baby’s head is tilted back slightly.
   (b) Alternatively, lie your baby on its back. A small pillow placed underneath shoulders will help provide support while baby’s head is tilted back slightly.
3. Position FLO Baby Saline underneath baby’s nostril and apply the required dose into each nostril.
4. Hold baby in this position for a few minutes to allow drops to thin the mucus.
5. Sit baby upright and wipe away excess mucus using a clean tissue.
6. When finished, clean the nozzle tip with a clean tissue and replace protective cap. Ensure you store this medication out of the reach of children.
