Directions for Use

1. Adults & Children 12+ years: Take 1 VegeCapsule daily
2. Children 3–11 years: Empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix contents into food daily
3. Infants 12 months+: Empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix contents into formula or milk daily
4. Best taken with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional
5. Take with enough water, juice, or milk to avoid possible choking. Children should be supervised
