Ingredients
Oils & Ethers: Camphor Laurel (Cinnamomum camphora), Cedarwood (Cedrus deodara), Eucalyptol (Eucalyptus globulus), Eugenol (Eugenia aromaticum), Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis), Lemon (Citrus limonum), Lime (Citrus aurantifolia), Menthol Oil (Mentha piperita), Peppermint (Mentha × piperita), Pine (Pinus sylvestris), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis).
Herbs: Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
Seaweeds: Carrageen / Irish Moss (Chondrus crispus).
Sundries: Celtic sea salt, Citric acid, Vegetable glycerine, Iodine, UV Light-Treated Rain Water.
Directions for Use
- For most conditions: take 1 to 1½ teaspoons straight (undiluted).
- For infants and general prevention: take by drops as appropriate.
- Alternatively, dissolve in 50ml of boiled (cooled) water and take as a tea.
- For topical use: apply directly to stings, bruises, or sore muscles as needed.
Dietary Advice: For best results, avoid mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, and regular salt.
