Directions for Use

As a bath soak:

1. Add 1–2 cups of Epsom Salts to a warm bath.
2. Stir to dissolve.
3. Soak for 15–20 minutes.
4. Rinse off with clean water after soaking.

As a foot soak:

1. Add ½ cup of Epsom Salts to a basin of warm water.
2. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes.

As a garden fertiliser:

1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon per litre of water and apply to soil around plants.
2. Use monthly during the growing season.
