Directions for Use

Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking a reading. Wrap the universal cuff around your upper arm following the cuff wrap guide. Press the start button — the monitor will inflate and take a reading automatically, then deflate quickly. Review your result against the quick reference indicator on the display. Store readings in the 90-reading memory to track trends over time and share with your healthcare professional.

For best results, take readings at the same time each day, ideally in the morning before medication.
