Directions for Use

1. Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking a reading.
2. Wrap the universal cuff around your upper arm, 2–3cm above the elbow.
3. Press the single button to start the measurement.
4. The monitor will inflate and take a reading automatically, then deflate quickly.
5. Read your result and compare it to the quick reference indicator on the display.
6. Results are automatically stored in the 90-reading memory.
