Directions for Use

1. Select ear or forehead mode.
2. Ear mode: Gently place the sensor in the ear canal and press the button for a 1-second reading.
3. Forehead mode: Hold the thermometer 1–3cm from the centre of the forehead and press the button.
4. Read the temperature on the backlit display – the traffic light colour indicates the severity of the reading.
5. Readings are automatically stored in the 9-reading memory.
