Active Ingredients

Each sachet contains:

• Paracetamol 1000mg
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 12.2mg

Directions for Use

1. Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug.
2. Fill with hot, but not boiling, water and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, or your usual sweetener if preferred.
4. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 sachet per dose. Do not exceed 1 sachet per dose.
5. Repeat every 4 to 6 hours as necessary. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
6. Do not give to children 12 years and under.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use with other products containing paracetamol — risk of serious liver damage from overdose.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Not for use in children 12 years and under.
• Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or are taking MAO inhibitors without consulting a doctor.
