Directions for Use

1. Break off approximately 45cm of floss and wind most of it around the middle fingers of each hand.
2. Hold the floss tightly between thumbs and forefingers, leaving about 2–3cm of floss to work with.
3. Gently guide the floss between teeth using a zigzag motion — do not snap the floss into the gums.
4. Curve the floss around each tooth in a C-shape and slide it gently under the gumline.
5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
6. Floss at least once daily, preferably before brushing at night.

Important Safety Information

Do not snap floss into the gums — this may cause gum injury.

If bleeding occurs during the first few days of flossing, this is normal and should reduce with regular use. If bleeding persists beyond 2 weeks, consult your dentist.

Keep out of reach of children — floss can be a choking or strangulation hazard.
