Active Ingredients

Each sachet (5.7ml) provides:

• Vitamin C – 1,000mg
• Essential Phospholipids – 1,000mg (including 500mg Phosphatidylcholine)

Also contains: Water, Lecithin, Alcohol 12%.

Directions for Use

1. In a small glass (ideally a shot glass), add one mouthful of water – as much as you can swallow in one go.
2. Squeeze the contents of the sachet down into the lower half of the sachet.
3. Tear the top off the sachet and squeeze the contents into the water, folding the sachet in half as you go.
4. The contents will sink to the bottom – do not stir.
5. Swallow the contents in one go. This prevents the product sticking to the sides of the glass.
6. For best results, take on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before eating.
7. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
8. Take 1–2 sachets per day as a dietary supplement, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
