Active Ingredients
Paracetamol 500mg — relieves pain and reduces fever. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30mg — a nasal decongestant that helps relieve nasal and sinus congestion. Always read the label for the full list of ingredients.
Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12 years: take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed.
Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Take with a full glass of water.
Can be taken with or without food.
Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting a healthcare professional.

Important Safety Information
Contains paracetamol — do not take with other paracetamol-containing products. Overdose can cause serious liver damage.
Contains pseudoephedrine — do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate without first consulting a doctor.
Do not use if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping MAOI therapy.
Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Do not drive or operate machinery if this product makes you drowsy.
