Active Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500mg per tablet
• Ibuprofen 150mg per tablet
• Contains maize starch

Directions for Use

1. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 1 to 2 tablets with a large glass of water.
2. Repeat every 4 to 6 hours as required.
3. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
4. Do not use for more than 72 hours without medical advice.
5. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy.
• Consult your doctor before use during the first 6 months of pregnancy or if trying to conceive.
• Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer, stomach disorders, impaired kidney function, or heart failure.
• Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol, or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
• Do not use if you have asthma without consulting a doctor.
• Do not use if aged 65 years or over without medical advice.

• Prolonged or excessive use can be harmful — do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
