Directions for Use

1. Soak feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften skin before filing
2. Pat feet dry with a towel
3. Use the coarser side to file away thick calluses and hardened skin using gentle, circular or back-and-forth strokes
4. Switch to the finer side to smooth and refine the skin surface
5. Rinse feet and apply a rich foot moisturiser to lock in softness
6. Rinse the file after use and allow to dry thoroughly before storing
