Directions for Use

1. Add 5.9g (approximately 1¾ teaspoons) of Metamucil to 250ml of liquid.
2. Stir briskly and drink promptly.
3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
4. Take daily for best results.

• Allergens: Contains psyllium husk. Rarely, psyllium can cause allergic reactions including breathing difficulty. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if this occurs.
• Drug Interactions: Fibre supplements may affect the absorption of some medications. Take medications at least 2 hours before or after Metamucil. Consult your healthcare professional if taking prescription medication.
