Mintec capsules contain peppermint oil, which is a natural, herbal antispasmodic. Mintec is an effective natural agent for the treatment of the abdominal pain, wind, cramps and spasm associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
 
Mintec capsules are specially coated so that they pass through the stomach and the first part of the bowel intact. This delays the release of the peppermint oil until the capsule reaches the part of the bowel that is causing the symptoms. Mintec acts directly to relax the muscle of the bowel, which relieves the abdominal pain, bloating and wind.
 
 
Active Ingredients:

Each enteric coated Mintec capsule contains Peppermint Oil 0.2mL.


Dosage:
Adults: One capsule 3 times a day or as directed.
Swallow the capsule whole with water preferably 30 minutes before meals.
Do not take capsules immediately after a meal.

Warnings:

Not recommended for children or for use in pregnancy unless on the advice of a doctor. If symptoms persist seek medical advice. Do not break or chew the capsules
