Directions for Use

1. Hold the can upright and insert the nozzle gently into one nostril.
2. Press the actuator to release a fine mist while breathing normally through your mouth.
3. Do not completely block or occlude the nasal passage during use — this avoids pressure build-up in the nose or ears.
4. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare professional.
