Active Ingredients
Each sachet contains USP grade Sodium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate mixture — pH balanced, isotonic, preservative and iodine free.
Directions for Use
- Wash your hands. Fill the clean bottle with the designated volume of lukewarm distilled, filtered or previously boiled water.
- Cut the sachet at the corner and pour contents into the bottle. Tighten the cap securely. Place one finger over the tip and shake gently to dissolve.
- Standing at a sink, bend forward and tilt your head down. Keeping your mouth open and without holding your breath, place the cap snugly against one nostril. Squeeze gently until solution drains from the opposite nostril. Use at least 60–120 ml per nostril. Do not swallow.
- Blow your nose very gently without pinching completely, to avoid pressure on eardrums.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other nostril.
- Clean the bottle, cap and tube after each use. Air dry on a clean paper towel. Replace the bottle every 3 months.
Important Safety Information
Always use distilled, micro-filtered (0.2 micron), commercially bottled or previously boiled and cooled water — never plain tap water. Rinsing with plain water will cause a severe burning sensation.
Do not use if nasal passages are completely blocked, or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears. If you have had recent ear or sinus surgery, consult your physician before use. Stop immediately if you experience pressure in the ears or burning in the nasal passages.
Not recommended for children or adults with physical or mental limitations without supervision. Do not use on bed-bound or severely debilitated patients. Keep out of reach of children. Use rinse at least one hour before bedtime to avoid residual drainage.
Disclaimer
Always read the label and use strictly as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional. Available at Corner Pharmacy, Mt Roskill — with NZ-wide delivery.

I ordered a small, rather insignificant item that I was unable to source in Australia. I was unsure whether I would ever see the item, with the unusual nature and low value.
Not only did it arrive, it arrived promptly and with a friendly cover note from Barbara.
