Directions for Use

1. Mix one pre-measured sachet with 240ml of distilled or previously boiled and cooled water in the bottle.
2. Tilt your head over a sink at a 45-degree angle.
3. Insert the bottle tip into the upper nostril and gently squeeze the bottle.
4. The solution will flow through the nasal passage and out the lower nostril.
5. Breathe through your mouth during rinsing.
6. Repeat in the other nostril.
7. Blow your nose gently after rinsing.
8. Clean and air-dry the bottle after each use.
