Directions for Use

1. Take with a full glass of water.
2. Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 capsules initially, then 1 or 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as necessary.
3. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 24 hours.
4. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time without medical advice.
5. Swallow capsules whole — do not chew or crush.
