Directions for Use

1. Apply a pea-sized amount onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes.
3. Use at least twice daily — morning and evening — or as recommended by your dentist.
4. Spit out after brushing — do not swallow.
