Directions for Use

Cut a length of 30–40cm. Wind the ends around your middle fingers, leaving a short section taut between your thumbs and forefingers. Gently slide the tape between teeth using a zigzag motion. Curve around each tooth and slide under the gumline. Use a fresh section of tape for each tooth. Use daily for best results.
