Directions for Use

1. Take one pre-cut strand of Super Floss.
2. Use the stiffened end to thread the floss under your dental appliance, bridge, or between teeth.
3. Use the spongy section to clean around appliances and in wider spaces.
4. Use the regular floss section to clean under the gumline and between teeth.
5. Use a fresh section of floss for each tooth gap.
6. Floss at least once daily, preferably before brushing.
