Active Ingredients

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride — nasal decongestant that reduces congestion by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages

Directions for Use

1. Before first use, remove the protective cap and press the applicator until an even spray is produced.
2. Blow nose gently to clear.
3. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press the applicator firmly once while sniffing deeply.
4. Withdraw the nozzle and release the applicator.
5. Repeat in the other nostril.
6. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.
7. Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: 1 spray per nostril, 2 to 3 times daily as needed. Do not use more often than every 8 hours.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days without medical advice — prolonged use may cause rebound congestion.
• Not for use in children under 12 years — see Otrivin Children’s products.
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or are taking MAO inhibitors without consulting a doctor.
