Active Ingredients

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.5mg/mL — nasal decongestant
• Also contains: benzalkonium chloride as a preservative

Directions for Use

1. Before first use, remove the protective cap and press the applicator until an even spray is produced.
2. Clear the child’s nose by wiping, or have them blow gently.
3. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press the applicator firmly once. Children old enough to understand should sniff gently during application.
4. Withdraw the nozzle and release the applicator. Repeat in the other nostril.
5. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.
6. Children aged 6 to 11 years: 2 sprays per nostril, 2 to 3 times daily as necessary. Do not use more often than every 8 to 10 hours.
7. Use only on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.

Important Safety Information

• Not for use in children under 6 years of age.
• Do not use if the child is allergic to xylometazoline.
• Do not use after recent nasal or mouth surgery.
• Do not use if the child has narrow-angle glaucoma or inflammatory nasal dryness.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose — excessive use may damage the lining of the nose.
• Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days without medical advice.
• A brief stinging sensation or sneezing may occur after use.
• If irritation or signs of allergy occur, discontinue use.
• Consult your doctor before use if the child has any other medical conditions or is taking other medicines.
• For single-user use only to reduce the risk of contamination.
• Keep out of reach of children.
