Active Ingredients

Each spray contains:

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 70 micrograms/spray (0.5mg/mL) — decongestant
• Ipratropium Bromide 84 micrograms/spray (0.6mg/mL) — reduces mucus production

Directions for Use

1. Adults 18 years and over: 1 spray into each nostril as needed, up to 3 times daily. Do not use more often than every 6 hours.
2. Before first use, prime the pump with 4 actuations. Re-prime with 4 actuations if not used for more than 7 days.
3. Clear your nose gently before use.
4. Remove the protective cap. Hold the bottle upright with thumb under the base and nozzle between two fingers.
5. Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Spray once while breathing in gently through the nose.
6. Repeat in the other nostril.
7. Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing the cap after each use.
8. Use the smallest effective dose for the shortest time needed.

Important Safety Information

• Do not use in children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
• Do not use if you are pregnant.
• Do not use if you are allergic to xylometazoline, ipratropium, atropine, or similar substances (hyoscyamine, scopolamine).
• Do not use if you have narrow-angle glaucoma, inflammatory nasal dryness, or have had recent nasal or mouth surgery.
• Do not use for more than 3 days without medical advice — prolonged use may cause rebound congestion.
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are breastfeeding, have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, overactive thyroid, enlarged prostate, or are taking antidepressants.
• Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you experience a sudden severe headache.
• Do not spray in the eyes or mouth.
• For single-user use only — do not share to avoid spread of infection.
• Keep out of reach of children.
