Directions for Use

1. Swallow whole with water — do not chew or crush
2. For adults and children 12 years and over: take 1–2 capsules every 4–6 hours as needed
3. Maximum 8 capsules in any 24-hour period
4. Do not give to children under 12 years of age
5. Store below 25°C. Do not use if blister foil is broken on first opening
